G92 8800GTS 512MB - What's The Best Price Out There..

Stopped at FRY's today.. Had about a dozed GT cards.. and about 2 Dozen GTS from evga and bfg ( Wilsonville Oregon )

I also noticed 8800 gt's at couple Best Buy stores

Looks like the supply is starting to show.. just at premium prices

My GTS BFG shipped out today from BFG store $299

Actually you didn't pay $100 extra for anything. The suggested MSRP means nothing if not a single e-tailer is selling the card for that. Hell, you can't even find a 256MB GT for $199. Best price I've seen is $229.

Never thought about it that way, but you're right. How often does a retailer beat an e-tailer in pricing.

Congrats, my EVGA Step-up GTS just arrived today as well. Love the card so far. Much cooler and quieter running with the fan jacked at 60% than my previous card. Cranked the core to 725 Mhz. right away, and it's not breaking a sweat. Time to see what this baby can do .....

That's Incredible, inching closer and closer to GT pricing. Great find and I passed it along. Hopefully they stay in stock for a while .....
