did you go on gigabyte site for your drivers.http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4389#ovwhich driver are you talking about?
If you're talking about the Audio Controller option, then yes, it's set to HD Audio.
Did you try enable the front one.and see if this works.it could be the rear jack.and it could be the Turtle Beaches X11 (USB, Green/Pink 3.5mm jacks.Well give us some feedback on thisthe problem seems to be stemming from the audio jacks on the motherboard
.... In the Realtek Audio Manager?
Not sure what you mean... The connections from the mobo to the front jacks is secure and working as far as I know, but the problem persists even when I use the on-board jacks in the back.
Unfortunately, I don't have any manuals anymore, since I bought this rig from a friend. I do, however, know the difference between the two. Should I just take a look inside and check the pin setup to see?
Also, I did reset the BIOS at one point. However, the one audio option I can find under the peripherals tab is set to 'Enabled' or 'Auto' or whatever. When I switch to the other setting, it doesn't even give me static, so I think that's okay.
