Running 2 sticks at a time with all the voltages/frequencies set to AUTO/default gives absolutely no errors in memtest86+ 2.11.

I tested sticks 1 + 3 in the yellow slots [channel 0] & sticks 2 + 4 in the red slots [channel 1]; admittedly though I ran only 1 loop of memtest86+ 2.11. Using all 4 sticks throws up errors in test #2 immediately, while errors in #4 & #6 also show up during the first looop when using all default voltages.

5-5-5-15 & CMD rate set to [Auto]

Running memtest86+ 2.11 with all 4 sticks, MCH=1.200v / RAM=2.000v errors shows up at the following locations in RAM with only certain tests:
#4 - 05247.2MB - 57 errors
#4 - 10814.3MB - 02 errors
#6 - 02068.3MB - 05 errors
#6 - 05247.2MB - 55 errors
#6 - 10814.3MB - 01 errors
#6 - 15993.1MB - 01 errors
#7 - 02068.3MB - 04 errors
#7 - 05247.2MB - 15 errors
#7 - 10814.3MB - 02 errors
#7 - 15993.1MB - 01 errors
#7 - 16730.3MB - 02 errors

I stopped the testing after #7 completed. I also get errors when #2 test is looped. I am certain now that the RAM/MCH voltages are the cause.

The following are my current settings:
Motherboard Voltage Control
Voltage Type .......................................: Normal
CPU
Load-Line Calibration ...........................: [Disabled]
CPU Vcore ...................1.25000V..........: [Normal]
CPU Termination ......... 1.200V.............: [Normal]
CPU PLL .........................1.500V...........: [Normal]
CPU Reference ..........0.760V................: [Normal]
MCH/ICH
MCH Core .....................1.100V............: 1.300
MCH Reference ..............0.760V...........: 0.840
MCH/DRAM Reference .....0.900V..........: [Normal]
ICH I/O ........................1.550V............: [Normal]
ICH Core ......................1.100V...........: [Normal]
DRAM
DRAM Voltage ................1.800V............: 1.860
DRAM Termination ..........0.900V............: 0.930
Channel A Address Vref ..0.900V............: 0.930
Channel B Address Vref ..0.900V............: 0.930

NOTE: even with the MCH/DRAM voltages increased I get errors in exactly the same place in RAM 5247.2MB, when looping test #2 the error shows up at the 6th loop after running for 7:05, from a cold start.

Is there a reason why you aren't running the current Memtest86+ v3.4? The version you are running is at least eight years old. In fact, that version won't test more than 4 GB. Maybe you listed the wrong version?

Whats up with this forum? RebateMonger, I am testing with memtest86+ 2.11 & I assure you that is the latest version. As a matter of fact the memtest86 3.4 that you're talking about is at least year and a half old!

Guess wrong place I was expecting help from!!!!!!!

Yes, you are right. My apologies.

Fortunately, you are the one with memory problems and not me.

this statement was COMPLETELY unnecessary. Especially coming from a moderator.
it was not related to the thread, nor did it help the OP in any way, nor did it point him in the right direction.

please remove it and apologize to the OP.

as for the OP, its well known that using all slots on a motherboard is very tough on it and some may very well never get it working.. i've tried using all 4 slots on mine and ive had some trouble myself which led me to go back to 2 slots

I apologized to the OP for making a mistake when looking up a web site for a current version. I missed the "+" sign. Like everybody, I make occasional mistakes and apologize for them.

A simple note from the OP that I'd made a mistake would have been appropriate.

I find it offensive when people requesting help from strangers insult those who are trying to help them. People asking for help should be appreciative of all adivce offered, both good and bad.

You don't have to post anything there, just read.

I wish the Mods here could something akin to that.

LOUISSSSS; did you try 4 x 2GB config? I can run with all 4 slots filled, just that I have to take out the 2 middle OCZ sticks [in test2 the persistent error is around 52xx.xx MB] & replace them with 2 G.Skill sticks that I have! When I use this setup, I can run everything at the default everything [CPU, RAM, MCH, reference v., clock skews & even timing] without a single error in any of memtest86+ tests.

Blain; I've read the memtest86+ FAQ a long long time ago! But thanks for the suggestion.
