Maybe its the good old accuse your opponent of what you are actually doing yourself?I’m guessing republicans will win both seats and I expect their margin to be similar to what Mitch McConnell’s spread was. I have a feeling (oh look at me), that republicans have actually been rigging some elections.
If the democrats do win then I’d expect the results to match up with the polls.

^^ The approval/disapproval polls are nationwide. The votes are not.
What doesn't add up is that there are significantly more registered Dems in KY than Repubs. The Dems just didn't vote for whatever reason.

Up through the 90s, Kentucky was mostly a one party state: Democratic. There were liberal Dems, centrist Dems, radical Christian Right Dems, but all Dems. I suspect that a lot of Kentucky voters who vote straight Republican never bothered to change their voter registration.I would never have guessed that, is it true there are more Ds than Rs in Kentucky?

The previous KY gov was Trump levels of bad and really disliked. That is why the results for that race are different.
