Gaining 10 LBs by Sunday evening? (70 hours)

If you'd lost 10 lbs in a short amount of time and your appetite is back it should be quite easy to pack on 10 more pounds. Just eat like a fat pig and ensure carb and sodium and fluid intake is high. Avoid caffeine drinks, but really if you're eating lots of carbs and water and sodium it should pack on nicely. Also, before the weigh in drink as much water as you can. A liter is worth fully two lbs, so it should be child's play.

No way, it's all fluids. I started today at 169.8 and if I wanted to I could wake up tomorrow morning weighing around 174 without even trying all that hard.

I'm telling you, if you lost those 10 lbs quickly and you really want them back quickly you can put on 10 lbs in 70 hours.

Bodybuilders after a competition have been known to put on 15 or more lbs in a 24 hour period. I can't remmeber the record but it was over 20 lbs in 24 hours.

you can do it, and you're not that skinny (my bro is 6'3" and 128). eat only greasy and sugary food.

the last day eat a ton of salty foods to help you retain more water, and the last few hours before drink a ton of water/pop and tie your weener in a knot so you can't pee

Usually when I get sick and lose 10 pounds, it's mostly back in a couple of days. I think the "drink lots of fluids" advice will do the trick here.

You're more than welcome to come on over here, and we'll see about liposuctioning 10 pounds of fat off of me, and into you. Shoot, from the sounds of it, you could use more than 10 pounds!! :shocked:

Another idea would be to age 20 years, but I guess you can't manage that in 70 hours, huh?? :laugh:

Eat a lot.

Skip breakfast, gorge yourself during lunch. Have an unhealthy afternoon snack.
Eat a big dinner, as big as you can. Then after dinner, eat a giant bowl of ice cream and cookies, continue to eat ice cream and cookies until you experience stomach pain.
Repeat every day. You should be at your goal within a couple of days.

Well this might be different because you HAD the weight and you lost it.

From my own experience when I was bulking I ate like a mofo and worked out 4 times a week, and I gained about 40 lbs in 3 months. I don't know if you can really gain back 10 lbs in just 3 days.
