I want to buy today. The Gainward seems to overclock very well. But I'm sure the Elsa won't fall behind too much when it comes to overclocking. The Gainward is $20 cheaper, but the most important thing is a possible difference in 2d quality.
Elsa has a great reputation when it comes to 2d, but in Holland this brand decreases very easily in value, because Elsa cards are quite cheap in Germany (where they are from).
There are differences in 2d quality with the geforce 2 series. I had a Creative gts and the 2d quality was terrible on my 22" Iiyama. Now I have a MSI pro 64mb and it is better, but still not great. My eyes get tired very easily with 2d work, because I have to focus too much to see the somewhat blurry text.
Is there a difference in 2d quality between Geforce 3 cards?
