Help! System 1.67A P4 O'clocked to 2.13, Gainward 128mb TI4200 Golden sample,ASUS P4S533 with 512MB Corsair PC2700 DDR. Have problem with Nvidia windows2000 display drivers inst, says driver entry point not found.

"system root\system32\drivers\mpe.sys device driver can't locate entry point - kfacquire spinlock in driver hal.dll. I can click ok continue software load and system works fine sometimes for 2-3 days then on start up will post and boot to windows then locks up says:
"windows can't start - \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced - missing or corrupt. No aspect of Windows 2000 repair has any effect. Have to reformat and start from scratch. I haven't been able to find the "latest and greatest" driver from Nvidia or Gainward for this card or any reference to this problem. Anybody have an idea and/or know what/where the best driver is for this system?? Thanks in advance.
