Gah screen is getting too big! I'm afraid there will be no high end 5" offerings next year
I second this. There is a massive difference for the male with an average size hand going from a 4.9" device to a 5.1". I'm tired of all the people claiming this is nothing. This change for me
completely changes the ability to use the phone easily with one hand. Going bigger causes me to have to stretch my thumb which in turn causes the heel of my hand to touch the screen and cause an unwanted touchscreen input.
In addition, it's not just about screen size. Today's phones are getting larger even at the same screen size. Case in point:
Nexus 5 (PERFECT size IMO)
5.0" screen
Vertical Height: 137mm
Samsung Galaxy S6 (now too big)
5.1" screen
Vertical Height: 143mm
While screen size only increases .1" and thats on the
diagonal, vertical height increases .24"
