Freys gets theirs? Are you a beta-reader for volume six?
no need for book six to see it. The problem is there are just soo many of them.

in certain angles, she looks like a man.
There was something like this in French Canadian families up to the late 1800s. People would party downstairs and wait to hear the young couple consumating the marriage upstairs. Because until consumated, the marriage was not final (could be annuled more easily).
so sad that HBO spent $60+ million for just a few minutes of memorable television this season.
Wtf turns out George R.R. Martin totally forgot that he wrote the red wedding http://www.imdb.com/news/ni550234003/?ref_=hm_nw_tp_t1

The usual fantasy trope of "good wins out over evil" does not apply to GoT. Just because you are "good" doesn't mean you will live until old age. An those who most would consider "evil" do not automatically meet a just end.
If you can even categorize any character as such. Most of them are really just shades of grey depending on from which POV you assess their situation and actions.
After reading through the Red Wedding, I basically lost all emotional attachment to everything in the books. I stopped caring about all remaining characters, because you realize there's no point to the story, there's nothing to look forward to, it's just Russian roulette in story book form. This latest episode (and the same part in the books) is why I stopped enjoying GoT and ever since then all I do is read/watch through it like a zombie just to see how it ends. It's like Martin was raped by a cliche as a child and is setting out to get his revenge as much as he can to the extremes. It makes for a poor story just as much as a story that's too cliche. Instead of finding the right balance he just went to the extreme opposite end.

i guess episode 2 isjoffrey's wedding?
Yeah I don't know what people were thinking... Best case scenario Robb was trapped between the white walkers (does anyone really think the Night's Watch is going to stop them?), the Lannisters, and the Greyjoys. Of course there was also massive foreshadowing with the "you lost this war when you married her", losing half his forces, having to make nice with the Frey's who he severely pissed off and the Boltons turning on him in regards to Jaime.Robbs quest to become King in the North and defeat King Joffrey was always a long shot. Kings Landing and the Lannisters and their allies were always more powerful than Robbs forces. Robb managed to win a few battles, but he was always the underdog.
Once Tywin rode in and defeated Stannis the Kings forces could concentrate on the North. And the forces of the Wildings and the Walkers were always coming at Robb from his north.
Many people were less enthused by this season and this kind of major shift has really given new life to series about to end its third season.
I always saw a bad future for the young upstart.
That is exactly how I feel. Why invest in a book when it's a bunch of crappy outcomes unless you love completely vial characters.

Man. I always cringe when a pregnant girl gets stabbed like that. Sheesh!
Do things ever get better for the Starks?
I'm not sure that has ever been shown on tv before. Hasn't that always been a no no?
