I looked through it and this is just a chart from the beginning of the series. You can notice that Ned and Robert are both alive with no cause of death.

No spoilers in it at all that I can tell. Looks like it has some season 1 stuff in it like Dani and Drogo being together but that's it.

How is it that Theon can survive without his ding dong? Obviously he can't father any children without it, but how could he LIVE? That thing kind of has a guys urinary tract included like a package deal there. In a medieval era, simply cutting off a guys wanker would cause him to either bleed to death at worst or be unable to dispel any of it's waste at best. How is he not dying right now?

Eunuchs have been around for a LONG time, I think they have it figured out.

All they would have to do is cauterize everything but the pee hole, and that was the common method of sealing wounds in medieval times. Also, technically he isn't a eunuch because they didn't say anything about lopping off his balls. He's just 'severely diminished'.

chart is old, clearly made for season 1, and likely no longer particularly accurate...

for instance, from the way things went in Season 3, it looks like the show is writing out the characters Willas and Garlan Tyrell, as to why:

they are Loras' older brothers and thus ahead of him in succession for Highgarden, and yet according to the show, Loras is heir to Highgarden - and the only male heir at that, for Tywinn threatens to name him to the Kingsguard (Kingsguard can't hold lands or father legitimate children) - and he and Cersei are to be wed/engaged. In the book, Cersei's match is supposed to be with Willas, the eldest brother and a cripple, but the Tyrells shoot the offer down because they don't perceive the necessity given they have Willas and Garlan, and Loras is actually a member of the Kingsguard in the book...
