Unskippable tracks aren't DRM, they're forced advertising. But the regions thing, wtf is up with that.
Unskippable tracks are an abuse of UOP which is DRM. One nice thing about HD-DVD is that there is no region coding, but at current pricing, paying for an import HD-DVD is not exactly easy on the wallet.
