First, you don't already have it unless yours functions properly out of the box in a new OS. Second, because it works properly in Win10.

Downloading a digital copy of a game doesn't enlarge any waste piles. Do what you will, but if it takes you four hours to get it running properly you're effectively earning less than minimum wage.

That is like, your opinion man...
I see it as an improvement of my problem solving skills when i get it to work.
And i usually do not need hours, maybe one hour total time spent and i learned something new. Some skills cannot be converted directly into monetary value but that does not mean those skills are useless or that the time spend is money lost. I use them greatly for my work.

It looks to be obvious you make a lot of money, that for you it may not be worth it. I guess you are more of a person that hires someone to solve your issues. That will be fun when you no longer are in a position to spend your money.

The free Win10 update expires July 29th. After that it's $119. That's the price of 2 new games or 6 games on sale @ $20 each. I finally upgraded last weekend to Win10. It's smooth, feels faster than Win7, has all the latest features & is much more efficient & secure than Win7. The majority of users have Win10 now according to Steam, and by July that'll jump even more. Game developers will focus much more on Win10 for new games simply because it has a bigger user base, & ofcourse DX12 in the future is integrated between Xbox One & the Desktop now, so much easier to code for both from a developers standpoint.

Not sure why ppl are clinging to Win7. Some cite privacy but u can turn off all the privacy features in Win10 since the November update . Besides, if u own a smartphone then any privacy concerns can go right out the window compared to Win10.

Windows 10 is free NOT because MS wants to "spy on u". IT'S FREE BECAUSE ANDROID IS THE BIGGEST OS IN THE WORLD & MS GOT SCARED. Anyone who follows stocks & business knows this. It was purely a business decision by MS because Google is threatening to take over with their OS which they stated on their quarterly reports that they want to eventually release it to the Desktop, not just smartphones. What would u do if ur biggest competitor was already offering their more popular OS for free to companies?

I tried upgrading to win10 last August but it was buggy. This time it was smooth & it feels much snappier & more efficient. To each their own, but I'm quite happy with it.

I looked at it at work, imho Win10 always feels smoother than windows 7 because the aero theme has animation in it that take time. Win 10 is like going back to windows 2000. It is fugly. Just like android lollypop is. Which i have on my smartphone with another identity.

I might go over next month.
I have gathered enough information that i think i know how to turn windows 10 into a happy orientated OS.

If you go over now, you can still revert back to Win 7, so there isn't really any reason not to try Win 10 now. Give it a few days and you can go back to Win 7 if you don't have any desire to continue using it. I personally have stayed with Win 10, and have my "start" menu setup as a full screen tile layout, but use a regular desktop. It works, IMO.

I am not sure that there are W10-64 drivers for the HD 8670 gpu(rebadged HD6000 VLIW4, not GCN) in my a10-6700 apu.
It seems not supported by the crimson edition drivers according to the amd webpage.

edit :

looked a bit more and on this website of amd , old apus are supported :
