games for MAME 32

does anyone have games for this arcade game emulator?
im downloading games now, but theres a lot of broken links or non-working.

if you have action (contra), fighting (mortal kombat), side-shooter (r-type or raiden). i would be more than happy to pay for a cd or ftp. 5 dollars now via paypal. 15 after final delivery.

www.mame.dk has everything. There are also people who will burn cd's/DVD's for you for if you send them the discs.

True..they are copyrighted...I own almost all the games I have downloaded...I had 3 ATARIs that gave up the ghost, and a Nintendo. I did get a few of the other arcade versions. Someday, these burned roms will be the only thing left of the 80's and 90's games...After all, all the hardware is going to fail.

not illegal to charge for roms as long as only covering costs. its ok to have roms as long as you have the original (arcade machine, old console, whatever), and hey some of us do actually have a warehouse full of em you know!!! um, ok so i dont really, go shoot me

I really cannot see the developers being bothered about MAME and the like, its not as if theyre making ANY money from the old games anyway. plus (while im on a roll) it stirs up interest so some silly people might go and buy the originals and start collecting and all that gibberish. How often do you hear of mame sites getting shut down? most of the big uns been going for years, of course the companies know about them, they just dont have any reason to shut them down, if anything its good for them. and i bet the actual people who were involved in making the games love the fact that people are STILL getting to enjoy the game, i know i would.

Dave, you bring up some good points. But, some companies, like Atari, still do make money off of their older games, by porting them to different gaming consoles. Also, some companies have lifted the copyrights from their older games so they can be freely distributed, legally.

1 for videos on demand. 2 music on demand. 3 n nowwww. GAMES on demand!!!! wooohooo!!!!!

i dont advise people to steal arcade games. downloading the whole entire 3000 games is about 10 hours. stealing... where r u gonna find time to steal n then put the thingies?? have it all on one server is more convenient.
