Best deal appears to be Guitar Hero: Aerosmith for the 360 with a (reported) free wired X-plorer Guitar for $9.99. I'm going to go over to GS at lunch to check it out.

Most of it is junk but there are some gems in there like Valkryria Chronicles, Final Fantasy Tactics, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith + Guitar, Devil May Cry Anniversary Collection, Resident Evil: The Essentials, Persona 3, DS Lite LEGO Star Wars Tin, etc.

Lets see.. Maybe I'll pick up Metal Slug 7 for the DS, the FF games on the PSP since I'm doing a few nightshifts (and nothing kills time during a night shift than some rpgs) and thats about it.


I highly recommend the Namco Museum 360 game as it includes the glorious Pac Man Championship Edition and the excellent Galaga Legions (plus loads of other games).

Just got 2 copies of GH: Aerosmith along with two X-plorer guitars. Awesome deal. They had a stack of X-plorer guitars sitting in the store but only a couple of copies of GH:A.

This is going to be my son's birthday present so it worked out nicely.

The sale is still going. I just dropped by GS on my lunch break today and picked up HOTD2&3. There was a big bin up front with the on-sale games, and it still looked pretty well stocked to me.

It's still going. Gamestop doesn't list an end date anywhere so this is just a big stock clearance sale. It'll keep going until they get rid of enough stuff.

So, for some reason I completely missed that GH: Aerosmith for the 360 came with a guitar, I stopped by a Gamestop on whim and saw just the game for $9.99, I jokingly asked if it came with a guitar and the rep said "yup." I just stood there for a minute and said "yeah, I'll take one."

It's actually $9.98 for the game and $.01 for the Guitar since they "technically" have to charge tax for it...good deal for sure! I actually wanted a Wired guitar as well.

A big +1, Ghost Squad was a blast but I'm thinking without the arcade "assault rifle" and non-point of aim sighting it'd be frusterating on the Wii.
