Gaming Budget PC rs.25,000 [ INDIA ]

Hello, good morning to one and all.

Budget : 25,000 inr.
Location : Mumbai. [ LAMINGTON ROAD ]

I want to build a medium budget gaming PC. I only require the following things.

CPU
GPU
RAM
MOTHERBOARD
PSU
CABINET.

I went to shops, found out the local price and here I'm discussing with you if my configurations are perfect.

i3 3220
Gigabyte B75m D3H
^^ both for : rs. 10,900

corsair vengeance 8gb DDR3 1600 mhz: rs. 3500

saphhire 7770 hd : rs. 7950

corsair VS 450 : rs.2150

Cabinet : rs.1000, street side local cheap model. [ any ]

PS: please give me your opinions. and what model in your opinion is better for me. I'm looking for a gaming PC.

PS: AMD FX 4300 / 6300 is not released in INDIA. [ no option of buying it ]

That looks pretty good to me. Maybe try to find some less expensive G.Skill or Crucial RAM, but that's about it.
