Please answer the questions in this sticky. Also would you please provide the websites that you are looking to purchase the parts from?

Very much what mfenn said. That GTX 760 OC definitely looks like it's overpriced but perhaps that's the best card you can get. Are there any websites you can link to that you order from in Egypt? I've found a few but I'm not sure where you purchase from.

I went to egprices.com to sort through and see some prices on components. Based on that site there are some definite changes but I don't know which sites you purchase from or shops are near you. For example there are R9 280X cards which are the same price or lower than the GTX 760 you listed which are much better buys.

All prices are the same as egprices.com, please notice that the price can differ from a store to another, anyway this website can be my vendor.

If you don't plan on overclocking, I would downgrade the motherboard to just a basic but well reviewed motherboard. If you don't plan on getting a dual card setup in the future or overclocking, which I doubt because you're going for a 550w psu, there is almost no benefit to a more expensive motherboard when it comes to gaming. Additionally, if the whole purpose is gaming I would go with an even cheaper i5 and try to upgrade the GPU.

What are used prices on GPU's like in your country and are there any trustworthy ways of buying used GPU's in Egypt?

OK. So I'm going to assume that you have around 6,000 EGP to spend. Here's what I would build with that:

i5 4460 1400 LE
ASRock H97 Fatality 850 LE
Corsair DDR3 1600 8GB 450 LE
Gigabyte GTX 760 2025 LE
WD Blue 1TB 400 LE
Samsung DVD Burner 109 LE
Seasonic S12II 520W 525 LE
Cooler Master K281 370 LE
TL-WN751ND 90 LE
Total: 6219 LE

This ends up being very similar to your build except it costs roughly 1400 EGP ($200) less.

Whats the difference between I5 4460 and I5 4690

Is Seasonic S12II 520 enough for everything?

Whats the difference between the ASRock H97 "Fatality" and the "Killer" version?

Its impossible to find the CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) at that price now it's at least 600 L.E

Clock speed. The 4690 is 300 MHz faster (~10%), but that's not worth the price increase.

More than enough. That's a ~250W PC with everything running maxed out.

Whats the difference between the ASRock H97 "Fatality" and the "Killer" version?

The Killer version has an Atheros Killer NIC (dubious value), M.2 slot, and SATA Express ports. Not really worth the extra price for a gaming machine.

Its impossible to find the CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) at that price now it's at least 600 L.E

Grab a pair of these Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DIMMs instead (570 LE)

I would even go as far as to call that NIC a negative value, given that its performance improvements are clearly just QoS, as they disappear with a router in the middle, and that driver problems seem to be quite common, as opposed to Realtek and Intel.

Can you list your prices in LE instead of converting to dollars? It's kind of annoying to have to do the conversions back in order to compare prices from your vendor.

The changes themselves look good to me.

I haven't looked at what's available, but you might find it saves you a little bit to go with a board that includes onboard wireless, or at the very least you could get a slightly nicer board while spending the same.

I seem that I can't find the right case feel free to suggest here http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?p=36927316#post36927316

What was wrong with the HAF 912 that you had previously? The main thing I would say is the lack of front USB 3.0 ports, but that might not be an issue for you. It was certainly a pretty deal compared to the alternatives at that price point.

If it went out of stock, you can also look at the Cooler Master K281 that I recommended above. The steel is a little thinner than the HAF, but it does have a modern design and USB 3.0 ports without breaking the budget.
