I have a few friends in India, they use sites like www.flipkart.com and www.primeabgb.com for builds. (Though they tell me its better to buy in physical stores there rather than online for getting better deals).

Use the build Jack linked to above as a guide. The GPU they have in there is seemingly very overpriced in India. You have not mentioned conclusively if you'll be over clocking or not so, assuming you don't, try this build.

It uses a GTX 750Ti that someone recently recommended to me and comes in right near your budget. Maybe someone on here can improve upon it.

If you want to overclock then you're looking at about Rs 62000 - 65000 for price, by swapping in a Haswell K CPU, Z97 m/b and maybe a slightly more powerful PSU and/or a decent cooler.

This is all without an OS - if you need that as well price in an additional Rs 5000-8000 depending on which one you go for.

A few tweaks that you can make here are:

- Drop the CPU to the i5 4430 for Rs. 11000 (save Rs. 3000)
- Swap the RAM to a pair of these Kingston DDR3 1866 4GB modules for Rs. 5150 (save Rs. 1000)
- Swap the motherboard to the MSI H97M-G43 for Rs. 7500 (save Rs. 1000)

That gives you about Rs. 5000 to play with on the GPU, which allows it to be brought up to the Sapphire R9 270X for Rs. 15250
