Uh...whats there to say...you're buying top of the line parts all around You'll get more bragging points if you throw a WD raptor in there...another $100 would be a drop in the bucket and it would really speed things up.

Are you on a budget? If not, go for an FX-51, 9800XT, and change out the harddrive for 2 Raptors

heh, I know that... but would you guys switch anything, like a WD 200GB instead of the Maxtor, different 2.1 speakers, bigger P/S, different heatsink/fan, etc.. I'm just throwing out my choices for criticism. And no, I don't want want to spend any more money.

Go for a 2.8c and some PC3500 or PC4000 RAM and overclock the processor.
Are you sure you want the computer to be black? I have a silver version of that case and it looks sweet. You can also get silver bezels to mask the drives. Just a though
My personal preference is WD, but Maxtor is probably good too
Most of the other stuff seems best buy, it's the top end without being cutting edge (ie: totally overpriced for very little more). Looks a solid setup.

If you're seriously into gaming, a CRT is still a better choice, assuming desk space isn't a priority. Better still, you can snag a good 19" CRT for a LOT less cash than you're shelling out for the LCD.

Also, I know 99% of the people here will tell you that the MX700 (the mouse with your wireless package) has no more latency than the corded version (MX500). These people are wrong. Yes, the MX700 is the best wireless mouse out there, but it's just not as responsive as its corded brethren. Also, the extra weight of the batteries irks me.

I can't imagine *needing* 200gb of storage for a gaming rig. You can save some cash by dropping down to a more reasonable level without losing (and often gaining, on seek time) performance.

It might not be a bad idea to get a normal 9800 Pro and buy an add-in TV tuner card. That way, when you upgrade your video card, you'll be able to keep your tuner.

Lasty, nice case. =)

If you are gaming, get an Athlon 64 chip, something like the 3000+/Asus K8V Deluxe, since it performs quite well in games and everything else compared to the 3.0C. I would go with a 200GB Hitachi or Western Digital Drive due to the three year warranty you can get on both of them (The Hitachi is faster than any of them). I would also grab something like an Antec TrueBlue 480W PSU, that way you could continue to add parts to the system without worrying about the PSU. That's pretty much it, everything else looks pretty good to me!
