Yepeeee! On Ups.com they say they picked up my system at 9:04 EST. today! They said its in Transit! It's coming from Virginia! Wonder how long will it take to get here now, here to NJ!

I am so mad at this 233Mhz, 32MB ram! Can't wait till the UPS guy rings the doorbell!

Ok, I went back and forth with this and saved the quote in my email addy and decided to go for it last night. I filled all the info out and CC info received my conformation email but there is no pending charge and what is making me nervous is at the end of the conformation email this is what is says:

So I got the little box today with the video cable and documentation. Not bad for $918. Seriously, UPS did not know why the big box is coming tomorrow instead of today with the little box. Still no changes on my charge, holding $918 plus tax.

I already have a "Dude you got a Dell" which works just fine for me. I can't justify spending $918 on another rig.

LOL you know exactly how I feel then. Already have a Dell Dimension 4100, and 4300 my wife has a 4300 ... If I didn't order my 4300 then I'd buy this in a heart beat but the most intensive thing I do on a PC is send e-mail. Virtually no games/graphics at all.

I ordered yesterday also and nothing on my Blue yet either. I am thinking of sticking 2 sticks of 128 pc 800 rdram in this. Gateway gave us a $180 deduct for that item and it look like you can pick up 2 sticks for less than $100. I may wait for an even hotter deal on the memory as I am in no hurry. Anybody think bumping up to 512k is helpful??

Kermalou, I'm not working at Gateway. I know this deal is cheaper then what I can order the parts for, pay shipping, and put it together. And I also know the longer you wait the better your chance is of becoming a moaner and not a bragger.

Delivery: Day 2. UPS still showing little activity on the big box. So I called UPS. On the truck and out for delivery today! UPS sometimes is behind in their scanning. You can receive a package at the same time the detail page shows it in another state. This thing should be a monster compared to my 200MHZ 64 meg RAM, even with "only 256K RAM". When prices drop on this RD RAM, I'll add another 256.
