Hi there, sorry to here your sister is having problems. I'm thinking we can probably help her .... but we're going to need a lot more information. Your first post wasn't all that descriptive. While its hard to say without more information, but
bryan1028 may be on to something when he's asking about malware related problems. So, maybe either you or your sister can give us more detail about this .... including how long she's had this computer, when it started happening .... and if she's using any antivirus software. This information could prove to be critical in helping her solve her problems.

If you look in my sig below, you'll see where it says "HijackThis." Click on it and download the program. Install it in its own directory like C:\HijackThis, then run the scan. At this point don't do anything other than save it to a log. Paste those results in your next post. Either myself or Schadenfroh will be along to help.
