i have a ki2 cabinet i got for $300 back in like 2001. it's sitting at my moms house in the basement until i buy a house and have room for it (not in my 800sqft condo).
i will probably end up converting it to a mame cabinet when i get a house as well. i have ki1, ki2, mk1, and mk2 pcb's that all plug and play, although i did have to make different kick harnesses for each of the games.

Sweet, the Student Union here has a Gauntlet Legends and I finally got some time in on Fish Tales the other day when I found out one of the local bars had one in. I really want to get a pinball machine. Maybe I'll have enough bread left from the summer to get me a table.
Do it. Fish tales is awesome. Absolutely worth it. I also need to respond to multiple posts in one post instead of 50...sigh.
Well, I don't think I'll be able to get a Fish Tales, although I know a guy that has one. The guy I know that has a bunch of tables is probably who I would deal with. He's got a No Good Gophers that I think he's looking to sell along with a Roadshow and he was fixing up a Pinbot but I think the Pinbot needs too much work for me to be interested in it. I think Roadshow would probably cost more than I would be willing to spend at the moment. I probably would be better off going for an earlier table that can be had for under a grand easy. Something like Gorgar or Firepower. Would like to check out a Black Hole machine just to see how it would look in a nice dark black light arcade.
Idk about those earlier tables. They don't have the diamond plate coating. Try to wheel and deal for that gophers!
i had one, was going to mame it but decided to dump it. gauntlet legends is a pretty crappy game. my suggestion it to mame that so you can play all sorts of 4 player games. no one gives a crap about gauntlet legends. i'll tell you the 4p money arcade game. nba jam or nba jam TE. now that game holds up. i throw gaming parties a lot and it always gets play. people will get tired quick with gauntlet. nba jam has 2 on 2 action, epic finishes, it's the perfect 4p arcade game.
