I know kids of parents of lesbians, and they turned out all right. I'm totally for gay/lesbian couples raising kids, of course, like all parents, they better raise them right. There are too many retarded parents out there. On the other hand, I know many gay/lesbian people, especially living in the SF Bay Area, and ALL of them refer to their SOs as "partners" and I never hear any hetero refer to his/her spouse as their "partner" but rather, "my wife/husband."

Because homosexual men get tested more often, they're more likely to seek treatment. Heterosexuals consider themselves generally safe from HIV, and may live with it without knowing.

Regardless, wishing the spread of HIV is absolutely dispicable. Every week I help out with Aids Interfaith Network to help raise money or take care of people living with AIDS. It's nothing you should wish on anyone. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Is it? Homosexuality has been witnessed in many species of animals and has been around in our own species for millenia, dating back possibly even to before recorded history. I think it's just one more genetic variation, an example of the flexibility of DNA which leads to life's adaptability and thus success. A biological contingency plan. It would be interesting to see if it becomes more prominent as world population goes up as a sort of natural solution to overpopulation, but a study would take decades, maybe centuries, and be inherently flawed due to social norms masking true numbers.
