those are the girls word as that's more like a traditional camcorder. My phone has a flash recording icon when I use the video camera function.

but I've looked up phones offered by verizon, cingular and tmobile and none seem to have any red lights to go off.

Anyhow if someone has free access to the la county court systems it'd be interest to see where this guy's criminal case is headed. for some reason they want to make you pay for accessing the info online. I would think that with such damning evidence of him supposedly on camera, he's take plea deal right away.

I'm not a lawyer, but I am under the impression that generally speaking in order to taperecord or otherwise secretly make a record of an encounter, someone has to give consent....and usually I'd guess you would need the consent of the person being recorded.

Most females I have met are really really paranoid when they have a stranger in the house. Heck one my friends wife is so paranoid that every time a maintenance guy comes in she actually keeps a concealed knife :Q the only reason I found it out was I went to there home and I found the knife under the living room cushion I kinda freaked out for a second

I would think since they are paying for a service, and that service required a geek pervert to come to their house to do whatever. Geek Squad is providing that service and so becomes responsible for the geek pervert's actions while on the job.

He made a mistake, which means the company made a mistake.
