I've been trying for over two(2) weeks to get an RMA from COMPUTER GEEKS for a "defective" item. Can't get thru to a CSR on their Tech Support number (on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time), regular Customer Service cannot (will not) help, and they do not answer the faxes and e-mails sent. I thought that their service was as good as their prices ---- but apparently it's not.
Anyone got any suggestions, other than having AMEX handle the problem?
