any one experiencing lock-ups when setting the tv out to play videos in full screen?
it's odd that it works most of the time, but when playing certian files my system locks up completely. usually i can play low quality / resolution downloaded movies in windows media player 7, and most (not all) video streaming via realaudio works as well, but when i try to play some divx avi files i made with flask mpeg, it either that the tv out doesnt switch to full screen mode, or my system locks up completely. once i disable the tv out everything seems to work pretty much flawlessly
ive tried both the 6.47 reference driver and the unreleased 7.17 version. the 7.17 version seems to have alot less lock-ups, but the divx files still doesnt play in full screen.
anyone having the same problem with their mx w/tvout cards?
i got MSI Starforce 816, win2k on celeron 600->900 bx6r2.
right now im blaming the nvidia drivers, but i want to see what other ppl has to say
