My video cards have been in excess of 100C, and yes they can handle it, but you should get this issue resolved, at the very least for the other components that will suffer more than the video card.
What fixed it for me was getting better coolers (VGA Silencer, etc) and air conditioning.
You might want to look at your case too, how good is the airflow by the video card?
