I've got a BFG held at my local Beast Buy. I've got some Reward Zone credits to burn and they're giving triple points for purchases over $100, so it's about as good as I'd get online, but immediate.

I just spoke with another Fry's rep (Ashley, who was extremely nice!). She confirmed that yesterday's order of EVGA cards did NOT come in. They also have no new anticipated arrival dates.

I tend to agree with another posted who said that Fry's will likely not fill these orders, since they can sell the cards in store for $50 more. We'll see...

I picked up my card last night and just now discovered that there are 10% off coupons for RZ customers. Drat!!! Can I get an adjustment or will I have to do the return/rebuy samba? Major PITA.

LOL. for crying out loud, I just got an email from BB about 5 different RZ awards but I don't see any 10% coupon.

BB is playing a lot of funny games here.

Since you have a warranty for return in 30 days, I am sure if you have the coupon, they will give you the difference.

4 10% coupons on 1 sheet (found on fw)

Oh and freaking BB sends me coupons yesterday (11/5) that expire (11/5!) with that members get 12% business..

I managed to scoop 2 BFG 8800GT's at Bestbuy for:

2 x 279.99 - $30 (they gave me 30 off for showing them a 40 off 200 CC coupon heh) and then going back with the above 10% off coupon got me an additional 10%.

So each card cost me 224.99 + tax, which is pretty sweet.

Yup.

They are scans of the coupons you can get at some post office locations.

Apparently some locations have them and some do not.

They expire 12/31, have a ton of exclusions, but Comptuer Accessories are allowed

What really sucks is that I used a $5 Reward Certificate, too. Argh!!!! I also had a Triple Reward Points over $100 coupon, but I can't find it on the site to reprint. Was that a one-off? Oh, the receipt is at my g/f's too.

Well you could always go sign up on

BB - Holiday Reward Promotion

And choose either:

1.) Earn $15 in BONUS REWARD certs when you spend $500 or more. This essentially means spend $500 and get $25 in gift cards back with the normal $10 + the additional $15.

2.) Double points when you shop in store before 11 a.m. (Except Black Friday)

3.) Tripple points on exclusive brands

1 seems to be the best deal and according to the fine print, it's retroactive to November 4th.

I'm spending $280 with triple points which will mean $15 back, not $500 for the same $15. If I had the damn receipt with me, I could just check at the store. It's only a PITMFA because I left it at my g/f's and will have to make a trip to get it and see what happens with it tonight, before opening it and putting it the rig. It's always something.

Buckminster is correct. After I saw his post, I checked the status of my oder on Frys website. It changed from backordered to In process. See for yourself....

Want to get a new card before Thanksgiving so I can enjoy it on the 4 day weekend. My brother is coming over and my 7800GT is going in my spare rig so we can play some Age of Empires 3 together.

If you can wait another week or so, I think that's a good idea.

We should see a rather large second batch hitting the e-shelves pretty soon.

Right now though, just finding any GT cards, actually in stock, is fairly tough. I think Ewiz has only an XFX Alpha Dog in stock (~$300). That XFX is the only one ZZF currently has in stock. Clubit is completely out. Fry's only has a BFG showing up, and its OOS. NewEgg only has one in stock, an eVGA KO, but at $310. EVGA store shows all of their cards in stock, but prices start at $270+ship for the stock card.
