I got one of those and I RMAed the unit then they gave me a 4800SE in exchange for the one I turned it so it became a even better deal. It was no problem for me because they are only 3 miles from my house. And I got the card back the next day too. So if it is broken its even a better deal

So are the ones he is referring too, Newegg.com sometimes has nice deals on Geforce 4 refurbs. Easier RMA policies according to reviews on resellarratings.

Newegg.com refurbs speacials got out of stock quickly though.
