GeForce2 - GTS vs. MX in future games

I've read that one of the main reasons that Geforce2 GTS scores higher in benchmarks than the MX cards at high resolutions, is because of its higher fill rate.

These benchmarks are often made with today?s software i.e. Quake 3 Arena. Does this mean that with future games will benefit from the GTS higher fill rate even in low resolutions like 800x600 and 1024x768 because of their greater polygon complexity?

Also, does anyone know if Nvidia is going to include the Digital Vibrance Control in future Geforce 256 or GeForce 2 GTS drivers?

the gts has a great deal more fillrate than the mx. the mx when overclocked is on par w/ an origional geforce ddr card to a point, which is fantastic for what its price point will be once the hype dies. in the end however, this is a BUDGET card that is not intended to compete w/ a gts based board. it will never be able to match the performance of a flagship chip like the gts, radeon, or any other because that's not the target market. people seem to think this is the second coming, its a great value card - thats all.

Regardless of what card you buy, the GTS, Mx, or original Geforce, all are limited by the memory. The GTS may be a good bit faster, but it is a more than a double the price.

I was going to get a GeForce 256 SDR for my new computer, then I saw that the GeForce2MX was going to come out, and it was faster...and cheaper then what i was gonna get. So...risking buying something already outdated...i got a GeForce 2 . Im happy with my decsion...my mom's credit card wasnt. :-/
