GeForce4 ti4600 and K7S5A Problem

I just got a new K7S5A mobo and Athlon XP 1900+ and I'm having a problem with my GeForce4 ti4600 from LeadTek. Basically what happens is if the GeForce4 is installed, when I load the computer up it halts at the first screen saying "CHECKING NVRAM..." - it doesn't even go through the memory check. If I put my GeForce2 in, it works fine. I flashed the BIOS with the latest update, and I made sure the BIOS had the Graphic Win Size set to 128 Mb (I tried 256Mb as well). It still doesn't work. I have a 300W power supply (AMD Athlon K7 approved Model ATX-0730 300W made by Enhanced Electronics) and that's the same Wattage as my previous power supply.

Anyone have ANY ideas? I'm really stumped / frustrated.

Eidolon not sure. I have a Visontek GF4 4600 and I am not running into any issues. You say your computer is halting after post while checking NVram? Mine doesn't seem to have that stage. Has it ever been able to load? Were any settings changed on the video card as far as clock speed or ram speed?

I just got this mobo so I wouldn't know. I don't think the GeForce4 is causing the problem, it works fine in my old comp. Nothing has been changed on the GF4.
