Check out the current issue of Maximum PC magazine. It has a preview of the Geforce FX that comes with Alienware's new line of computers. It's crazy, very crazy (alienware computer and the geforce FX). Check it out and you'll know what I mean.

For those wondering, NV31, the budget version of this card is supposed to be out in March. It'll probably be delayed until April or so, but I'd expect it around then since nvidia is getting killed in the mainstream.

Beware - this MIGHT be just the GF FX 5800 - NOT the GF FX 5800 Ultra flagship card! The base model should still be PLENTY fast, but if you're expecting the Ultra - do some research first.

I don't think that there is enough info out there yet. Wait a month and you will see official products. Some manufacturers still can't iron out their naming schemes for things that have been out a year *cough*gainward*cough*, don't expect them to do it before Nvidia has even declared that the number 5800 means anything.

Ok hours of reasearch at hardocp, futuremark, rage3d, and various other forums Ive come to the conclusion that IF there is an ultra it wont be out for many months because would suck to buy this card and find out a month later a better one by the same company was coming out? Thats bad marketing plus this has a click of 500/500 which is ultra specs the onyl thing missing is the rumored 256 ddr-II. Also most companies release their flagship first then the budget ones, like when the ti4600 came and then the 9700. ok done for now
