There's definitely some truth to this. Women are doing better than ever. This leads to higher standards for mates and exclusion of more and more males from the dating market as female mate selection preferences and behaviors have not changed. This leads to more male frustration and ultimately misogyny. So definitely some truth to the idea that young men are unhappy today but I don't think it'll have any political impact as this a group that in general doesn't have political force. It's also pretty hard to connect the dots between why this group may be happy and the policies of older white men in congress or the state legislature or something.

It is weird because I can understand the values of traditional conservatism, although I don't agree with all of them.

But for some reason the more you call yourself a defender of traditional conservative values today, the more likely are you to be a combination of being racist, bigot, derogatory towards women and judgemental towards other. Things I wouldn't consider traditional conservative values.

Conservative parties in a lot of countries absolutely needs saving, they are fucked up.
All they are banging on about are fluff like the culture wars they love. It's all about how some transgender women might win a race that matters to them rather than tax policies or actually having a functioning economy.
They have such poor figureheads (seriously just look at the idiotic faces of conservatism in the US) that they can't debate on anything substantial so they continually go for either outright lies or finding a scapegoat for everything.
