OP, what you have listed is decent, though I would spend a couple more bucks on a 6770. I don't see an HDD listed, is 90GB of storage enough for you?

90 GB should be enough but I'm considering bumping it up to a 128 GB Mushkin SSD.

Really don't use a ton of space on my PC's.

The only thing making me leary of a higher end GPU is the fact that I'm going to be using a 430 Watt power supply that I already having lying around.

Its an Antec Earthwatts, just wanna make sure I'm covered there.

A 430W power supply is enough for quite a lot of GPUs. A 6770 would be more than fine.
