Maybe it's because I'm from St. Louis and I have first hand experience about how crazy the young black inner city youth are, but the idea that trayvon attacked zim is far more plausible to me, especially given Trayvon's history. He was a young thug punk that liked to fight. Zim didn't like to fight because he was a pussy, and that's why he was armed.
All facts point to both guys being assholes, but Trayvon being the far bigger asshole. Trayvon was easily the stronger dude (athletically), too.
My takeaway from this case is young, unchecked black wanna be thug attacked the neighborhood patrol guy and got shot because of it. /story

Thing is Trayvon didn't bring the confrontation. Zimmerman did. Zimmerman stalked him, confronted him, and Trayvon reacted. Without Zimmerman's confrontation and vigiliante attitude, nothing would have happened. He walks around provoking people and then has a gun to "defend" himself when he can't back up his words.
