Republicans are a special breed of dumb. You’d think these state legislatures would learn their lesson after the shit North Carolina endured after a friggin bathroom bill. But no, they have to get all Jim Crow because their feels were hurt when Dear Leader lost the state.

Georgia is in for a world of hurt. Nevermind Coke and Delta—MLB just pulled the All Star Game. Sound familiar?

So, Texas, you’re up next. Can’t imagine you’d enjoy another economic hit job after Covid, but ball’s in your court.

Apparently you need a post in each thread because you are so not butt hurt that either a)companies are kind of doing the right thing and/or b) they know there is more profit to be made by siding with moral progressive ideals rather than your conservative regressive garbage ideology

It is fun to watch conservative assholes squirm though

The fact that you keep posting in threads that you claim you have no interest in is simply amazing, yet you continue it year after year. Do uninteresting, don't-apply-to-you threads have some sort of fatal magnetic attraction for you?

Oh, and it seems Trump and GA Gov. Kemp are falling for it....both have been crying about MLB's decision all day today.

If only he was as truly uninterested as his family when he offered to take them out to dinner.

Republicans are so angry at "woke corporations" that they will.....refuse to raise the corporate income tax, refuse to raise the min wage, and refuse to make it easier for workers to unionize.

That will teach them!

Big budget movie moving out of Georgia

LOS ANGELES — Antoine Fuqua and Will Smith will move production on their big-budget, runaway slave thriller "Emancipation" out of Georgia in protest over the state's controversial new voting restrictions.
Hit them in their wallet. Sadly it also hurts people on the ground, not just legislators. But maybe it will piss everyone is enough that the legislators either cave or get voted out

oh noes!
Comical how after the previous administrations perpetual lying to find someone outraged about this supposed mistruth.
I mean really do I need to list the literal tens of thousands of lies told from 2015 to now?

let’s start here, this photo was literally taken days after the former President said no Republican should drink Coke products.

Let’s go here @brandonbull where you predicted “Progressivcheks” being sad Kim Un Jong was sick & could die.
As above within a day or two the then President appeared to be concerned about Kim’s health.
You have been asked to comment many times and dodge commenting every single time

a point here or there by Democrats on the GA bill is off, but overall the bill drastically reduces voting options/access for people especially in denser urban areas and also basically allows the GQP legislature to hijack elections at will. It's funny to see the GQP care about 100% accuracy though when they are pretty much 99% full of shit.

What are they supposed to learn? A bathroom bill is not a voting bill.

They believe Democrats stole the 2020 election through fraudulent and insecure election practices. Their bill is a direct address of their fears. A fear that Democracy has died and that Democrats killed it. The only lesson they will learn is that they need to cancel anyone not loyal to them - in fair turn of Democrats canceling them. Segregation among political parties is now occurring in America.

There's been tons of misinformation on this Georgia voter bill to the point where it's gotten hilarious.

It doesn't require an ID for absentee voting first and foremost, you literally can use the last 4 of your social OR any current bill that shows your residency. Challenging shit, I know right?

What they DID was move away from requiring that your current signature match with whatever signature you had when you signed 10+ years ago.

But hey - it's really become a motto of Demotards' - "Why use facts when you can use your FEELINGS instead?"

You do need ID for absentee voting and there are far fewer options of what is acceptable vs in states like CO, that do not require ID to be returned with a mail in ballot UNLESS it is your first time voting altogether. I have not found one article that says a bill with your address on it does shit to vote with in Georgia, either in person or absentee. Link it up.

But when you get your news from dumfbuck fascists on YouTube and teh Federalist, what do you expect. Drop boxes will now be far less in the more populated areas than during 2020. Absentee voting periods got much shorter, you now have LESS THAN HALF the time to even just request a ballot and now the counties will have to start sending out the absentee ballots much later than before, again giving people less time to use them. And now the GQP legislature can simply take over the election process of counties and the SOS and do pretty much whatever they want.

Quote that in the legislation then if you're so sure. But again, why use facts when you can use your feelings instead?

The difference between the 2 parties here is that the Republican belief that the Democrats stole the 2020 election is based on a blatant lie, which is itself based on the Republicans' additional belief that certain American citizens are not entitled to their right to vote. Whereas Democrats are just defending those citizens' right to vote.

If the law doesn't actually do anything, as you're trying to claim, then what purpose does it serve?
