Not meaning to bump this thread, but doesn't eBay have a limited amount of info on users. And you don't give out pymt information, only proxy bidding authority. This type of service could be a boon or a boondoggle; for buyers - a boon for those who'd like a nice extra discount on something they want or need to buy, or a boondoggle for this company getting raked by those trying to figure out how to get something for next to nothing.Originally posted by: Chris2wire
this thread makes me nervous... You're giving out your password, and basically letting them get into your Ebay and take all your info. The $10 you get doesnt equal the amount of money you'd lose if youre identity if stolen.... And changing your password now won't help, im sure theyve already been in there and taken anything they need. And heck, they even have your confirmed phone number.
