Get a 2003 M3 now or wait a 4 months for a 2004 M3?

What changes are they making? If there's nothing significant then you might be better off getting a deal on a 2003.

is the 2004 3 series redesigned? i forgot whether it is or not.

either way, id say get it now. if it's redesigned, u know it wont look good because the new bmw design direction is just plain gross. if it's same body style, then it's practically the same car... i havent heard of any changes

get the 6 speed, not smg

You get a better deal on a 2003 M3 now, but then later and when you sell it, it also depreciated more. Its pretty much the same thing. Thats oversimplifying it, but its true.

If you can get the 2004 for only a little more then the 2003, go for the 2004.

Theres only a minor change.

The 2002 and 2003 3 series models have those tiny, as some would say, girlie, fog lights. The 2004 fog lights are somewhat similar to the 2001 model(not totally the same but similar). Not sure about the M3 though.

clk55 is like 20 grand more. If spending that kind of money might as well go for the M5.

I would say if there is no change get the deal on the '03 model. Will save a few grand probably compared to a '04
