I was goofing around on e-bay and paid $5 to get info on this, it's legit so why not give it to ATers for free? If anyone wants it, here's the instructions below. There are limitations, this is a Microsoft promo, you only get one per person, you sign up for .NET, and you can't re-sale any of it. On step 5 You don't have to have a tax ID if you don't own a company or the company you work for doesn't show up on their list, Start your own...fill in the info and continue.

2. Once you get to the website scroll down below and read the
requirements and restriction guidelines. Below that it will give you
detailed instructions on how to register. Registration is free
3. Click order now. Sign up for a .net account or if you have one
login.
4. You will see a screen with two enter buttons. Enter where it says
"If you are not a Microsoft Certified Partner". Fill in the information.
5. It will ask you for a company. Enter company. (NOTE: Everyone has a
company, if you dont own one, you can use the one you or a friend works in)
6. Fill in all required fields*
7. Once you finish an authorization code will be emailed to you. Enter
it in the box.
