I'd call the cops.

Looks like it shouldn't be there, I'm sure they could have it towed.

Is definitely a hazard if that is your driveway.

Just call the towing company and tell them someone is blocking your driveway. If they need to police to ok it, they'll let you know.

wtf should that matter? what is your point? even if i paid $1 for the house, no one should be blocking a driveway entrance. especially for 2 days. i've been patient enough.

A thermite grenade over the engine block would be fun, but that is frowned upon of course.

I've had a towing company come and tow it for me before - they really have no reason not to since it's just free money to them. It's also against the law in many areas so a cop will ticket them and can tow it if needed.

Is there any on street parking bylaw where you live? Here you can't park overnight on the street. Find out if you have such a law if yes then just call the cops and they'll slap them with a big fat ticket.

Otherwise, I second the thermite idea. You need to do science on that car.

Actually, it was $815k and change. Fifteen year mortgage, paid it off in 8 years, now worth $1.2M or so.

Street parking doesn't matter. You're not allowed to block someone's driveway, even partially. The only question is if the towing company needs the police to ok it first.

You let a car park there blocking your driveway for two days? I would have had it towed after a couple of hours.

Mmmmmhmmmm! I'm sure people are just lining up with a million bucks to pay you for that sweet spot!

They would be, actually, otherwise the house wouldn't be worth that much. Say what you want about the quality of living in some expensive gun-hating librul shithole, I'd never want to live there either, but you have to be worth $$$$$$$$$ to buy into that market, and demand for living space there due to tech jobs and etc isn't disappearing any time soon.

Yup, either call the police station (non-emergency number, probably) and ask or else just call a towing company. If it's a no-go for some reason they will let you know, and if they don't then you get to blame them if anything goes wrong. That's a win/win.

No no brother! You guys mistake me for something else. I'm sure it's a lucrative market, maybe even profitable! Just saying.... from those of us from out west enjoy that purchase

Call the cops. Tell them the car is blocking your driveway and you can't get in/out.

And if the car is in the garage, make sure you close the garage door so they can't see that you drive a Mini Cooper and can easily get in and out.
