Yes, it's once again the time of year where I feel I should somehow be bettering myself. So, being an hour away by car from my university gym (have up till September paid up in full too, argh), I've decided to get back into shape at home.
Resources:
- Benchpress/weight bench
- Unlimited time
- Willing to work through any amount of pain
Objective:
- To build my arms, shoulders and chest in as little time as possible - going for mass here, as I'm presently underweight.
So basically I'm looking for any advice about what exercises I should be doing or what websites I should check out for info. By the way, I'm twenty in case that has any effect on what I should be doing.
And hey, if it all pays off I'll even post before and after pics. Thanks in advance.
