getting bigger wrists and attaining an eight-pack???

i have small wrists anyone have any ideas on how to make them larger? ive started doing weights on a flat surface with my wrist on the edge and moving the weights up and down? How can I expose my lower abs, I have like 5% body fat, I want the 8-pack, i have 6-pack already, any ideas? thanks for all help.

Wrists are hard because there isn't much muscle there. The exercise you are doing is helping your arms. I guess if you are still growing, drink more milk. Hopefully the bones in that region will grow larger.

For the abs. The eight pack look, is most likely splitting the bottom two, (getting the one under your current six pack to show) I'd do knee raises, leg raises... ab roller might work. Something to isolate the lower half of your abs. Running too...

My wrist are twigs...you could break them with 2 fingers. For your lower abs, do more crunchies/situps. Inclined situps using a weight on your chest.

5% seriously? OMG... My ideal is 10% or lower. I have no clue where I'm at...will have to bust out the measuring tape and calipers.

To work ur wrists...take a bar and tie a string to it. At the end of the string, tie a weight to it. Then roll it up as fast as possible. Repeat that a few times...that should work ur wrists. For that 8 pack...definatley look into that ab wheel thingy. Its like a wheel with two bars on the sides. That thing definately got my abs working. Gettin the 8 pack is real hard though.

No, for that particular exercise, you want to roll the stick with the string and weight attached to it as if you were revving a motorcycle (but with both hands). The string will roll around the stick, and the weight will rise. Do that (up and down) a few times, and you will really start to feel it.

Use about a 2.5lb or 5 lb. weight to start with depending on how strong you are. It's a great exercise.

Oh, and roll the stick away from you on the way up, and towards you on the way down.

That exercise with the weight on a stick works very well. All my hockey friends do that to help with their stick handling and wrist shots.

the narrowest part are my wrists... the widest is my hand with or without the fist. or my elbow joint...
