Getting Enough Water Question

I am not sure if I am getting enough water, or that the water I am getting is being processed correctly.

I drink between 6 to 10 (about 16oz per glass) glasses a day. But it seems like I do nothing all night but go every 2 hours. Almost as bad during the day. I never had this issue before drinking lots of water. Any suggestion?

Drinking water is great but you might try dropping your intake (I shoot for 8 glasses @ ~8oz per day). Also curb your drinking 2 hours or so before bedtime--getting up frequently at night to pee disrupts sleep and that's bad.

If you're drinking a lot of water, it should be pretty normal to have to piss pretty often.

Few questions though, how often do you work out and how intense? Ie, how much water do you lose when exercising? Also, when you pee, whats the color?

Yawn, yea got up to many times last night. I may not be sweating enough to drink as much. May cut down to 6 glasses daily unless my urine gets to dark.

I work out 4 times a week, about 2 hour routine. Its normally as clear as the water I drank.. I dont think I am sweating enough also. But I do sweat. But also this week I haven't been doing cardio because I stressed my arch in my left foot. I have high arches.

Get checked for diabetes
I get checked yearly for both for thyroid and diabetes. So far so good. Both do occur to often in my family. Mostly at golden years though, mostly because of southern bacon diet. :-/

Still going! My bladder feels like the energizer bunny..
Did a little googling and have a theory but wanted to shoot it by everyone here.
Any chance the reason I am going is the fact that I am drinking Tea sweetend with 1/4 cup lemon juice per 1 gallon of Tea? Thats what I am drinking most the time.
