Getting random BSODs after moving PC

I relocated my HTPC down to my basement a few weeks ago and since then I've been getting random BSODs and crashes. The Error: 0x000000xx code varies each time, but know one of them was 7B. The BSODs never indicate a particular faulty file and there is no plain next description, just the error code. The other crashes manifest as either a completely frozen screen or a black screen (but the monitor still has a video signal). Hard rebooting fixes the problem each time, but the computer fails several times a day. (It's on 24/7)

Thinking that perhaps I had some corrupt drivers or Windows files, I wiped the boot partition and started fresh and everything seemed fine for a few days but now it's just as bad as ever. I did find a stick of faulty ram before I wiped the boot partition and that's currently being replaced. Memtest indicates no problems with the current hardware. The temps in my basement are lower than they are upstairs so I don't think that's the issue.

My setup is below. Does anyone have any advice? The Wife-Acceptance-Factor is dropping rapidly!

Use a surge surpressor or better yet a UPS. It could be dirty power.

Reseat everything. 7B? Could be memory. Your bios settings may have reverted to defaults inadvertently. It did on my family pc that overheated. If it were memory, it could corrupt windows.
