Can someone help me here? Before you ask, yes I have done a search but have been unsccessful in finding a cure.
Problem. When playing UT in D3D I still get lockups. When using detonator 5.xx drivers, it doesn't matter which ones, I cannot seem to get a decent game that lasts more than a couple of minutes. When I used to run 3.68 I had no such problems. I don't want to go back to these drivers as I play Q3A and prefer the texture compression in the 5.xx drivers. I'm running 5.32 at the moment.
I've tried lowering the AGP aperture size (saw that somewhere) and that didn't work. I'm not overclockling either. Do I really have to play in OpenGL!!!
Oh yeah, I'm running the 4.20 patch also
