There's not much going on in Boston?! How someone can get bored in a large city is beyond me, but:
1) Dress up and head to a really nice restaurant. Drown your boredom in a nice bottle of wine.
2) Museum(s).
3) Theater(s). Go see a musical. Go to an Indie theater and watch some of the more unique films that are out.
4) Orchestra/Opera. Go see an opera, a symphony, a piano concerto, etc.
5) Coffee shop and/or bookstore. Get a nice cappuccino and read a book. Relax.
I could go on and on. The usual of hitting a bar, club, etc. is obviously there as well, but since you're bored I'm guessing you probably already decided against those. Try something different...
