GF3 Ti200 problems

I recently bought a Visiontek GF3 Ti200.
Now I'm a big game player and expected of course that the frame rates would be high.
Yet in my games I get horrible FPS (can't even break past 90 at it's best), and my 3D Mark 2001 scores are 3100 (yuck). I've even overclocked to 200/460 and my 3D Mark scores are only 3400 then compared to people with similar systems who get 6000!
I've tweaked every aspect of my computer and can't figure out why my FPS are just as bad as my previous card, a GeForce 2 MX.
I think my motherboard bios might not be handling the agp transfer rates very well, or what ever you call it.
So I'm going to get a Leadtek 7350 KDA motherboard, 300 watt powersupply, and Athlon XP processor hoping that it will fix what ever incompatibility problems I might be having.

Oh yes, and it doesn't matter what Nvidia drivers I have installed I still get bad fps, so it's not the drivers.

Here's my system specs....what do you guys think? Is it my motheboard thats the problem like I'm guessing?

What drivers are you usibg for your Aureal sound card (which brand?)?

It looks like it's an old Aureal Vortex AU8830. I don't have the instruction book for that certain product so I'm not sure if thats the offical name. :-(
Aureal being out of business, the latest drivers I could find were Aureal 3.0 soundcard drivers version 4.06.2048.21

I just noticed something. On the boot up screen under the devices listed it shows Multimedia device and Display Adapter device as using the same IRQ, IRQ 10. So does that mean that sound and video card are sharing the same IRQ? Would that be hindering my performace?

If your sound card or any other PCI card is installed in the 1st PCI slot move it to another slot. On many motherboards the AGP slot and the number one PCI slot share the same IRQ.

Well I moved the sound card which was in the 1st pci slot. Now the display controller doesn't share an irq with anything else. I still have no increased performance though.

As you may of guessed I'm not a pro at this stuff, so I'll throw in another thing here.
I have all this stuff installed but only a 150w power supply. Could that be affecting it any? Lack of power?

I'm just tossing idea's in the air here, anyone else feel free to take a guess too, lol.

I agree with bigcfromcinci, it sounds like the CPU is a major bottleneck.
