I hope that he's doing this with XP Pro, or he'll need to re-register each one of these machines with Microsoft when he boots them up.
Also, the corporate version of Ghost has some advantages over ghost 2002 that you might want to consider:
1) It won't harass you with entering a license key each time you start it.
2) It comes with an application called "Ghost Walker", that will randomize the machine names and GUID's for you after the image is complete. It won't redetect hardware on restart like sysprep will, however.
3) You can run a multicast session of ghost, which will allow you to ghost all of the machines at once over the network. Drive image pro also has this, but I was never able to get it to work right.
