I thought Strahan had a good game, but IMO it was the D line's inneffectiveness that helped Eli lose the game. They barely touched Romo, he had too much time for big plays. We know the Giants secondary isnt great.

Wilson sucks and needs to go. Butler sucks but at least they played Johnson.

Are you kidding me? Aside from Ross, Wilson is the only guy in the secondary that actually makes plays. He had 10 tackles and an INT yesterday. Johnson, who has great potential, had a TERRIBLE game. He messed up on the long Owens' touchdown, vacating the middle, had a terrible late-hit penalty and missed a backfield tackle on Marion Barber that could have given the Giants the ball back when they still had a chance.

I'm not so sure, ThePresence. Before the game I feared the Giants pass rush and I still do. This game, I think the Dallas' offensive line did better than they and were overall better at picking up the blitzes. I am a Cowboys fan but still believe Strahan/Umenyura is better than Ware/Ellis.

If I am a Giants fan what I would be most sad about is Manning's performance. He has had plenty of big games to deliver in and for the most part has not. He is not a bad quarterback by any means, just very average. Cowboys have seen plenty of average QBs since Aikman, this team feels like it can do ANYTHING with Romo at QB.

Aside from penalties, the game was lost on the line. The vaunted Giants pass rush could not really get to Romo or hurry him. And when you rush guys and dont get there you're leaving TO one on one which is not a good idea. The Dallas O line should all go to the pro bowl.

They did a decent job the first quarter and most of the second. But I really attribute that more to Romo needing time to warm up...he's never really looked impressive at the start of any game.

Great game by Shockey (who I *hate*)...this game just went to show whose tops in the NFC.

And the Cowboys had more than their fair share of penalties...I screamed at the tv a lot today

I thought Romo looked good out of the gate.
Giants played an excellent first half, offensively and defensively, but the pass rush was not really getting there. The secondary made some plays.

Ehh...other than that first drive and the last drive (first half)...he looked bad. He finally turned it on (like he always does) in the 3rd and 4th. That'll be our downfall if we have one...like the NE game - we just never got in a rhythm at all. If any other team can figure out how to disrupt us, it's a mark in the L column for Dallas.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I still think the Giants have a great D line. BUT in order for the Giants to win, the D line will have to get to the QB. It didn't really happen this game for whatever reason (mainly the Dallas O line playing great). The problem is that the Giants secondary gets exposed when the passrush is not getting there, and that's the reason I feel that they lost the game.
