Congrats to the 2007 Patriots. They've accomplished something that hasn't happened in a very long time. It's very easy to lump priase on Brady and Moss, but they assembled a pretty amazing team in all aspects of the game. Despite all the controversy over the season (they deserved the punishment they got for spygate, but I still maintain that it didn't give them a competative advantage), they still did something no other team has. The playoffs will be interesting for sure - parity is dead in this league, a few teams are completely dominant.

(ps - it took Brady a good 70 more attempts and an extra game than Manning to reach the record )

Meh, bad game. Really poor officiating, to say the least. The game played almost like it was scripted. I'm not a fan of either team, but I watched anyway.

I'd love to see the Pats lose in the playoffs to ensure the TV folk keep debating whether or not the '72 Dolphins were better.

Yeah, but Brady had only 1 dome game (against indy) and had to get 50 TD's in cold weather down the stretch... Indy gets AT LEAST 8 dome games a year

WTF I wanted to see the 72 fins looked crushed, how could they not show them after we had to watch their dumb asses celebrate very year. I enjoy it though. As ridiculous as the things people say about the Patriots are, how offended Pats fans get is just as funny...they went 16-0! They broke virtually every offensive record they could! How can their skin still be so thin??? Geez, if I cried that much every time someone said "Cowgirls" or made a reference to drugs/crime, I'd have died of dehydration long ago. The fact that people actually took that post serious (without the earlier ones even) is hilarious in itself.

Brady plays a funny game sometimes. He had about 6 games to throw 6 TD's and he couldn't do it when he "should have." I think that's part of what makes him and the Patriots so good: they win and score when it counts in games the deserve to lose. Props to NE fans!
