WTG Giants. So they lost, I don't care. Would've been really nice to take down the Pats, but they still played a hell of a game and have momentum going into the playoffs.

Momentum and a group of tired starters. WTG.

Tired? This is how it goes every week in the season. You play, and then you get back on the field a week later. If that is too tiring for someone, they should not be in the NFL. This is not golf.

I don't remember seeing this on Fox or CBS or NBC. I wonder if the NFL network has crappy cameras?

NFL network has crappy cameras, crappy operators, crappy announcers, etc etc.

i have noticed it being blury, them missing plays (the camera is on the announcers or the fans), idiotic announcing etc.

Even their on-screen graphics are crappy.

Worst score info thing of any network.

oh man i hate it. its terrible.

Such a huge part of it is their logo and the little blips for what quarter it's in...which is stupid.

And they take FOREVER to get the flag indicator up on the screen. On other networks they have it as soon as or sooner than the announcers say anything usually.

They don't even have TO indicators.

To be fair, they don't have near the experience of the major networks broadcasting games yet.

Have they heard Bryan Gumbel call a game? You don't need any experience to know he sucks.

I watched the NFLnetwork HD source and it looked fine to me. Have no complaints about the onscreen graphics they use (seems only Fox is still holding onto the constant bar across the screen method).

And nice job choking at the end Giants.

I disagree with many (including Cris Colinsworth) that they have to win the superbowl or else the season will be a failure. That's a bunch of a crap. They've already done all they need to do. They got 3 rings already, 16-0 is something really special. Plus the big records.

Also, I feel I should mention The 72 dolphins only played 2 teams with winning records. The Pats beat far better teams, on a longer schedule.

Bill just called, wants to know when you'll be done sucking him off.

Maybe asked already, but why did the SJ ref pat the shoulders of the Pats as they come out after half time.

Check for weapons?

Eli looked good for the most part, hope he can keep it up next week. Congrats to the Pats. They are truly a great team. GO GIANTS.

oh yeah.

the giants have nothing ot be ashamed of. they nearly beat the best team in the NFL. maybe one of the Best of all time.

if not for Eli imploding at the end i think NY would have won it. They should have momentum going into the playoffs.

also they showed how to beat them. beat up on the recievers and QB.

That's a pretty weak ass analysis. Both games the Jets played them were fairly tight games, but the other team must execute at a high level for the entire game. Except for a couple games where they rode roughshod over the opponent, they had close competition in just about every game; the other teams just decided to find a couple points to screw up where the Cheatriots haven't.

The Pats won 11 of their 16 games by 20 or More points!

The only 'close' games I recall were Indy, Baltimore, Philly, and this last one.

So if your definition of 'couple' is 12/16, sure...

And how was the first game with the Jets tight? The score was 38-14.

Hey, I just want to make this ONE post regarding this:

1. Most points in a season record, broken.
2. Highest TDs for a quarterback in a season record, broken.
3. Highest receiving TDs for a receiver in a season record, broken.
4. 16 - 0, perfect regular season record held for 35 years, broken.

All in a single game, to the GREATEST football team, cheers. Here's to 19 - 0 and another superbowl ring. :cheers;

Edit: credits to the Giants too, they played their best game this season.

I agree with all of the accounts except for the "GREATEST" tag. They have not earned that yet. You would feel pretty farkin stupid if they lost before winning the superbowl this year.

Actually, I'd still say they're the greatest football team to date, even if they lose their first play off game. They've already won 3 superbowl rings within four years, and just leave their mark as the ONLY team in history of NFL to go 16 - 0 in a regular season. Let's see any other team do that within the next 35 years. Now, if PATS go on to win the superbowl, then that is a record that would seem impossible to be broken anytime soon.

Yeah that was strange, I kept my eye on him and didn't see anything noteworthy. But the personal foul call on the Patriots on the same return was a bad call too, so it's all good.
